Dataflor is evolving into the central cloud platform for connected digital workflows. Existing programs such as BUSINESS, CAD, LANDSKETCH, and apps are being integrated and gradually enhanced with cloud services. 

This creates a cloud environment where projects, data, and applications work together more effectively—in the office, on the construction site, and on the go.

BUSINESS web brings projects, specifications, addresses, attachments, tasks, and comments together in a streamlined cloud interface.

The new dashboard displays key information at a glance—from weather, calendar, and absences to key metrics such as open items or sales trends.

The BUSINESS 2027 version will include an AI calculator. This tool speeds up project cost estimation and provides immediately actionable, transparent AI suggestions based on your own specifications data. Recurring items are automatically identified, reducing errors.

With BUSINESS BI, key business metrics are displayed directly in myDataflor. Pre-built reports provide data on projects, orders, revenue, and costs—without any complex setup and without the need for a separate application. With BUSINESS BI Pro, you can customize reports, define your own key metrics, and analyze trends over various time periods. This creates a transparent basis for decision-making in management, project management, and financial controlling.

Whether it's an e-invoice, a PDF, or a photo: Dataflor's Digital Inbox automatically recognizes what it is—and takes care of it. Tax-related data is extracted, and the appropriate workflow starts all on its own.

With the digital leave request, leave planning and approval are handled entirely digitally. Employees can create and submit their requests directly in the TEAM app and view the current status at any time. Central processing takes place in BUSINESS via the Digital Inbox and the HR Manager. Managers can view all requests, absences, and cancellations at a glance, manage approvals, and implement multi-step approval processes.

With LANDSKETCH, designs can be rendered in 3D quickly, realistically, and convincingly. Smart features support the development of design variations and make planning ideas immediately understandable and tangible for clients.

Starting with version 2027, all Dataflor drafting programs will be bundled under the name LANDXPERT—including a new browser-based CAD solution.

With LANDXPERT web, drawings can be created and edited directly in the browser.
Combined with the MEASURE solutions, this creates a seamless workflow: Specifications from myDataflor can be linked, and measurements can be assigned directly—whether working remotely in the field or in the office—based on point clouds and geodata. Maps such as cadastral maps and Google Maps are seamlessly integrated.

The tight integration with myDataflor ensures efficient processes and significantly simplified team collaboration.
